• A deposit may be required to secure your reservation

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made well in advance may receive partial or full refunds
• Last-minute cancellations typically forfeit deposits
• Trip cancellations by operators due to weather or unforeseen circumstances are handled according to the operator's policy

• Meeting any experience requirements specified for the trip
• Maintaining adequate health and fitness for diving activities
• Obtaining necessary travel documents, visas, and vaccinations
• Purchasing appropriate travel and dive insurance

Scuba diving and liveaboard travel involve inherent risks. By using our services and participating in diving activities, you acknowledge and accept these risks. We strongly recommend comprehensive dive and travel insurance for all trips.

Faneca Expeditions acts as a booking agent and curator. We are not liable for:

• Actions, omissions, or negligence of liveaboard operators
• Injuries, accidents, or incidents during trips
• Trip cancellations or changes made by operators
• Weather conditions or natural events affecting travel
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
