How quickly do you respond?
Usually within 24-48 hours. We're a small team, so we might take a bit longer during peak seasons, but we read everything and will get back to you.
Do you charge for planning?
Initial consultations and shortlists are free. We earn a commission from operators when you book through us, so our interests are aligned — we want to find you a trip you'll love.
Can you help with group bookings?
Absolutely. Group trips are some of our favorites to organize. We can help coordinate logistics, ensure everyone's experience levels are accommodated, and sometimes negotiate group rates.
What if a trip isn't right for me?
We'll tell you. If the dates, conditions, or experience requirements don't match what you're looking for, we'd rather suggest alternatives than push something that won't work out.
